Internal Audit

The head of the internal audit unit is appointed and dismissed by the President Director with the approval of the Board of Commissioners. If the head of the internal audit unit does not meet the requirements as an auditor of the internal audit unit as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 56/POJK.04/2015 concerning the formation and guidelines for drafting the Internal Audit Unit Charter (Regulation) or fails or is incapable of carrying out its duties, the Board of Directors may dismiss the Head of the Internal Audit Unit after obtaining approval from the Board of Commissioners.  

Based on Decree Number 003/SK-DIR/SSD/VII/2023 dated July 05, 2023, concerning the Establishment of an Internal Audit Unit as approved by the Board of Commissioners, the Company has appointed OCKY OCTAVIANI NIRMALA as the Head of the Internal Audit Unit.
