The Company acknowledges the importance of maintaining its reputation in running its business, which is formed through the commitment of Management and Employees to behave and act in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct and culture while still paying attention to prevailing laws and regulations. For this reason, the Company has a Code of Conduct as a guide for all Management and Employees in behaving in compliance with prevailing norms.
The Enforcement of the Code of Conduct is written in a reporting mechanism that can be used by employees in reporting suspected violations of implementing the Code of Conduct to their supervisors. The violation will be further processed if it is accompanied by accurate data and/or evidence. Penalty will be given for each violation of the Code of Conduct based on the prevailing regulations. The Company's Code of Conduct applies to all levels of staff, as well as members of the Board of Directors and the Board of
Commissioners.
