Job Description

Responsible for day to day management and strategic direction of the sales growth of the group.
Manage, modify, and report on status relating to tenders and bids, and for compliance with legal requirements as well as manage the external tender process.
Proactively ensure steady sales growth for the company as the company retains market competitiveness and positive image as well as ensure continuous sales growth at by building a high performance sales team that delivers results, maximizing sales to the current clients and sell new products development
Drive the sales team to ensure clients make pending payments on time to ensure smooth flow of projects.
Responsible for monitoring performance, growth and development of his team to ensure a motivated team.
Provide competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintain an active update of pricing model.
In liaison with his team, accurately prepare and renew contract documents.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in same position in related industry (media/advertising) with proven track record.

Job Description

Liaising between creative, sales and editorial teams as well as clients and vendors to produce and manage productions.
Manage in-house production
Point person for productions for both the in-house and external client-facing.
Lead pre-production meetings and act as lead producer for all major shoots.
Create and manage budgets, negotiating fees and expenses
Create call sheets
Maintain and organize calendars and schedules for shoots, meetings, etc.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ads and content production with a strong emphasis on video production.
Experience working in teams
